We, Kitty and John Elliott, are sole owners of Watershed Farms of Bayou Chicot. We have modified our grandmothers' recipes from Victorian England to give them a Louisiana twist. Our mission is to produce premium uniquely-flavored products, made in small batches from freshly-harvested produce.

We do not add fillers, artificial preservatives and gelling agents, so our products have intense flavors.

We have attended local festivals including the Swamp Festival, Audubon Zoo, New Orleans, and the Oak Alley Plantation Arts Festival. We have also attended many local farmer's markets, including Red Stick Farmer's Market, Mid-City Farmer's Market, Ocean Springs Fresh Market,and the Covington Farmer's Market. You can now find us regularly at the Hollygrove Market & Farm.

Our current focus is to supply boutique stores, restaurants, and hotels in the New Orleans Area, who encourage "Farm to Table" concept. We are now supplying The Irish House and the Hotel Monteleone.
